POLICY

SHIPPING:

FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the Lower 48! I use USPS Priority Mail.
Alaska, Hawaii, or military APO/FPO orders: Yes to shipping, possibly for free. You may be invoiced for additional shipping cost, but only if necessary.
International orders: I ship to many countries. You will be invoiced for actual shipping cost. Email for a quote: info@venturehandmade.com
I ship twice a week - all in-stock orders placed by 3pm EST on Monday or Thursday ship same day.

RETURNS:

I’m a small business building gear by hand in the USA. I cannot have the same highly-abused return policies as Amazon and Walmart - which pay for those losing policies via huge profit made on cheap Chinese goods sold at American prices.
In-Stock products may be returned within two weeks of delivery date if new and unused. Email to request an RA number: info@venturehandmade.com
All returns will have original shipping and credit card fees subtracted from the refund amount.
Sale, Build-to-Spec, Limited Edition, and custom products may not be returned.

CANCELLATIONS:

All cancelled orders will have 5% deducted from the refund. My payment processor does not return my fees on your original order. Orders for Build-to-Spec or custom gear cannot be cancelled once I have begun working on your order.
If you leave a custom order information request pending for over a year, the order is no longer valid and no refunds will be given. I reach out repeatedly to our customers with pending orders if I need info, and despite my best efforts, some folks place an order and walk away! At some point I have to move on.
